Returns

Caldera coffee can be returned if you notify us within 72 hours from delivery of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

We will refund or replace your item if you have received the wrong item or if there is any inconsistency with your coffee.

We do not return Gift cards.
